Only the very best imported meats and cheeses are carefully curated for our Salumi e Formaggi Misti and our Veal Meatballs are something of legend. There is likely no Antipasto that honors our origins more fittingly than our delicious Prosciutto e Bufala.
PIZZA
We didn't invent it, but we steadfastly honor the strict rules set forth by the Italian Government when daring to toil in the art of "Neapolitan Pizza." We use only the very best OO Flour, tomatoes grown in the San Marzano region of Italy, and a Naples-built Stefano Ferrara oven that burns proudly and perpetually at over 850 degrees Fahrenheit.
